في هاتلي خصوصيتك أولوية. نجمع فقط البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة — من الطلب لحد التوصيل والدعم — بشكل واضح وآمن.
البيانات التي قد نستخدمها
ليه بنستخدم بياناتك؟
عشان ننفّذ طلبك بدقة: نأكّد الطلب، نوصّلك لحد بابك، نبعتلك إشعارات الحالة، نساعدك في الدعم، ونحسّن التجربة — من غير جمع زيادة عن اللازم.
منين بناخد البيانات؟
غالبًا منك مباشرة لما تسجّل أو تطلب: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، عنوان التوصيل، وموقعك على الخريطة. وممكن ترفع صورة (مثل روشتة صيدلية) عشان نكمّل طلبك.
البيانات والجهات الخارجية
نشارك الحد الأدنى فقط لتنفيذ الطلب: التاجر يرى اسمك ورقم هاتفك واسم قريتك — بدون عنوانك التفصيلي. الكابتن يرى العنوان للتوصيل. ومزوّدو خدمة موثوقون (Firebase للإشعارات، Sentry لتقارير الأعطال، والاستضافة). لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع إعلاني.
الدفع
هاتلي يعمل بنظام الدفع عند الاستلام (كاش) فقط. لا نجمع ولا نخزّن أي بيانات بطاقات أو بيانات مالية.
إزاي بنحمي بياناتك؟
نحمي بياناتك بالتشفير أثناء النقل (HTTPS) وبضوابط وصول مناسبة. مفيش وسيلة نقل عبر الإنترنت آمنة ١٠٠٪، لكننا نبذل جهدًا معقولًا لحمايتها.
الموقع والإشعارات
نستخدم الموقع لتقديم الخدمة (القرية، المتاجر، التوصيل والتتبّع). تقدر توقف إذن الموقع أو الإشعارات من إعدادات جهازك في أي وقت، مع إن ده قد يحدّ من بعض المزايا.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحقوقك
نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال نشاط حسابك وبالقدر اللازم قانونيًا ومحاسبيًا. لك حق الاطّلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو طلب حذف حسابك في أي وقت.
الأطفال
هاتلي غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن ١٣ عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

Data we may use
Why we use your data
To fulfil your order accurately: confirm it, deliver to your door, send status notifications, help you via support, and improve the experience — without collecting more than needed.
Where data comes from
Mostly directly from you when you register or order: name, phone, delivery address, and map location. You may also upload an image (e.g. a pharmacy prescription) to complete an order.
Data & third parties
We share only the minimum to fulfil the order: the merchant sees your name, phone, and village name — not your detailed address. The captain sees the address to deliver. Trusted providers (Firebase for notifications, Sentry for crash reports, hosting). We do not sell your data or use ad-tracking tools.
Payment
Hatly is cash on delivery only. We do not collect or store any card or financial data.
How we protect your data
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and appropriate access controls. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Location & notifications
We use location to provide the service (village, shops, delivery, tracking). You can turn off location or notification permissions in your device settings anytime, though this may limit some features.
Retention & your rights
We keep data while your account is active and as required by law and accounting. You may access, correct, or request deletion of your account at any time.
Children
Hatly is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
